wouldnt that make an interesting song Title...Here I am sitting in an
Henrico County Public skool and it its on lock down.....because of what?
the Sniper....2 days out of skool and as soon as the message is released
that your children are not safe at any place at anytime they send us to
skool....We have an open campus high skool....so we have to commute to
different buldings and what not and its kinda scarey.....i am sure everyone
has heard about the sniper...but its really a pain in the ass.....We were
suppose to have more police in campus but i've only seen our one like 90
year old resourse officer....we have to go straight to class no
loitering......no eating outside which is gonna over crowd the cafeteria so
they made 4 lunch periods....they have cancelled just about every
extracurricular activities....they postponed our homecumming...blah I mean
i enjoyed getting outa skool fer 2 days but my mom is even a little
apprehinsive on letting me get gas....or drive to and from work at
night.....Its scarey i admit but the media is making a huge ass deal about
it down here....its all over the tv all over the radios Gah..WHEN WILL IT
END!!!  ____________________

You have about the same chance of getting shot as getting hit by
lightening. The drive to school is actually more dangerous. Media hype is
the only reason that he is actually scary.
The only differance between the "Sniper" and a guy we had here in
pittsburgh, is that the guy here did all his killing in one day. I think
he shot something like 10 poeple. This guy is just spreading it out and
asking for money. ____________________
Sometimes I dream about dinosaurs shopping for cargo shorts at the Gap.
Does that make me a bad person?

It'll end when he gets too brave and slips up, or when he gets bored with
the area and moves on. He's making his way south, and eventually he'll run
out of room to move south, and will probably move west (or will stop, but
that's unlikely)...he'll keep moving because if he sticks to one area (even
as large as the east coast) he'll eventually be located and caught. This
guy is a loon, but as they always say, crazy not stupid.
He at first seemed to have a sort of plan, a time frame during the day when
he did his shootings, and then changed course and shot a woman at night. I
would probably either get gas late late at night, or early early in the
morning. Fill your tank so you don't have to do it as often, and if you
can, put the nozzel in and put up the hold trigger and "go inside for some
soda". If he is going to hit, he's going to hit, so all you can do is your
best to make yourself an uneasy target.

And security at school won't do shit. I fail to see how extra cops on the
ground are going to do something against a guy who hits from a
distance...just give 'em more targets.
Way out in the sticks where I live we had a sniper years ago on a rooftop
on one of our back roads. He killed two people and shot five, all
motorists in their cars, some driving and some stopped at the stopsign.
One was a schoolbus driver on my bus route (my dad always drove me to
school on the main roads tho, thankfully). She was shot, and quit driving
for 10 years because of it, but finally came back.
It's scary shit...at least that guy they knew where he was and took care of
him....this guy is a wild card and unpredictable and ON THE MOVE.
Unfortunately the only way to tell if he's moved on is for someone else to
get shot.
Just mind when and where you are and make as small as a target as
possible.

huzzah!! and proppganda tv(CNN) has done nothing but do coverage about him.
even when the reporters sit there and say "well gee we hope they dont go
and SHOOT up our CHILDREN!" what happens next? a letter apears on a damn
tree.. "your children arent safe anywhere..anytime" so yeah.. it will end
when there isnt a HYPE in the media about it.... ____________________

Yeah, probably 5 people die of gunshots every week here in Los Angeles, its
not that bad. Just keep your head down, and go about your business. And
like they said, he's probably just doing it for the attention. If you don't
pay attention, he'll either stop, or he'll do something more obvious and
get himself caught.
Killings ain't nothin' new...
Snipers ain't nothin' new...
People going on rampages in a stolen tank...

It sucks that effects you Sardonic, and i know that i would feel differant
if it directly effected me, but in a sick sence, i think its cool. I have
a sick fetish when it comes to serial killers. Watching and reading about
them is toooo entertaining for me. Sure if someone that i know and love
was killed i would feel totally differant, but the fact that it hasnt
(yet) still intriges me. This guys is probably some old coot that was in
the Marines and just got bored one day. But you have to admitt in some way
or another that this fool is entertaining, and the media "HYPE" is too. I
love watching the news and reading the paper about this shit. I think it
is great. This is what the news is all about.
I have to many morals to go out and kill people. but playing games is how
i release those impulses.

| its not so much i am scared of getting shot i know i would win the lottery
before i do....but yea....our supposed police squad was a bunch of
b/s...and supposedly they caught the two guys but they got the wrong guys
the first time.....and you have to admit that the guy is smart....and the
way he goes about his killing couldnt be pulled off by just anybody and I
am quite facinated by it....but with it on the news non stop all day it
gets kinda boring so i dunno......alls i can do is live my life day to day ____________________

Two things.
First, Morte, the "sniper" isn't a serial killer, he could be termed a mass
murder I believe, but his methods don't quite make him a serial killer.
Tht term is applied to people like Dahmer, Gein, or Bundy. They don't just
kill people, they have a crazy method of doing it, or they take insane
delight in doing the deed. They do not ask for money or rob liquer
stores.
Second, it looks like he was a they, and they were African American
Muslims, not the what male that the press and the FBI were telling us to
look out for. And the FBI knew about Mr. Muhammad (sp??) for about three
days now. Still not definate yet, but damn, I knew this guy would screw up
soon, but the manner of his screwing up is just unthinkably stupid.
"Here is the credit card number of the card I have been using that we stole
from a woman that I recently shot while robbing a liquer store. I want you
to use this card to transfer money into an offshore account. Oh, and
please ignore the fingerprints that were found all over the scene where we
stole the card. Thank you."
I mean, seriously folks, as a criminal, he had a good thing going. He
would have never been caught, but he was just sloppy with evidence. Finger
prints all over previous crime scenes. Tree stump full of bullets that
match the gun used. Shell casing all over the place. Leaving notes.
Using the credit card of the person you killed two months ago. Damn, crime
doesn't pay, but sometimes I think that it's only because the criminals are
complete blithering idiots. ____________________

Yeah, the media is making a bigger deal of the sniper than he really is.
This morning, I turned to channel 3, "The sniper"

*turned off the tv*
I'm tired of hearing about it. They may have caught the bastard today,
thank god. ____________________

eyes:: its a pain in the arse...i swear....we will be on lockdown at skool
for the rest of the week.....so blah it still sucks....it ruined my weekend
plans those bastards lol.....but ya know oh well.....and I am sick of
people talking about it in skool..our teachers act like we are all
tramatized by all of this its kinda funny and then at the same time its
not.blah i dunno ____________________

| Bettie, I believe that the guy was from Tacoma, but was arrested at a rest
stop in either maryland or virginia where he was sleeping in his car with
his son-in-law/accomplice. The raided the house for evidence, including a
stump that they believe he used for target practice. Still haven't heard
about balistics evidence about that though. ____________________

| i dont know much yet today cause Like I am still in skool and what
not.....I've only heard whats been floating around since this morning on
the news....I just absolutely hate how the media blows everything up....and
the tarot card thing have they confirmed that as from the sniper guy? cause
thats kinda messed up "I am God" specially if he's a muslim like they say
he is...and he was sympathetic with the terriorists to er something like
that.....

| I feel like they've really caught the people responsible for the sniper
attacks. The evidence seems to all be there, and that's comforting. If they
hadn't talked about all the evidence they found to prove it's those guys
they caught, then I'd have probably worried that maybe they didn't really
get them. This is one time I actually feel comforted by all the media hype

But if you know washington, and you know tacoma, it's only suiting

What a dipshit. They dont' know if he was a terrorist sympathiser, or a

I just love it when I find out serial killers are where I live/work. When
I lived in auburn, I drove past a recent green river killer crime scene for
three days and didn't even know it until I was at the stoplight, wondering
for the umpteenth thousandth time "hey man, what's with all the cops and
tape and shit?" when it came on the radio. I was like, a MILE from my
apartment. Fun stuff. Now some jackedup asshole using eastcoasters for
target practice near my work. WOO! ____________________

How DARE they??? I can't get over it... when these people were killing
others they didn't even bother to wrap an American flag around themselves
and hum the Star Spangled Banner when they pulled the trigger! It makes me
so pig biting mad I could just write something on the internet! Keep
