Forgive the rambling. It's just ridiculous when you can't trust your own

I came from Kansas, moved to California. Though I like the variety of
restaurants and places to go, it's too crowded for my tastes. I'll be
moving back this summer. I came here for education opportunities, but the
overwhelming stress isn't worth the pressure. Plus my second cousin will
be trying to jack up the price of my rooming after I start getting a good
paycheck.
Plus, the woman ripped me off. One time I made a payment to her (one I
already made) for she insisted that I didn't do it...then I checked the
bank account online and I "double-paid". She obviously doesn't acknowledge
that.
On top of it all, I was about to get a bike replaced but she started to
demand a lot more money than the bike was worth and scared off the person
who hit it...
She has four noisy boys in the house - too much testosterone for me. They
barely act more mature than my senior class (sad, sad, sad).
The environment here just isn't good for my health, both physical and
mental health. *sigh* No offense to anyone who lives in California. It's
really a combination of home issues as well as the general environment...I
know that not everyone from here is icky.

Born in Essex, England, though thankfully I only stayed there long enough
to get the accent and not the reputation. (Think of all the blonde jokes
you know, then subsititute the words "Essex girl" for the word
"blonde".)
I'm now in dismal Swansea, Wales and don't look to be leaving any time
soon. ____________________ Do not fear death so much, but rather the inadequate life. |

Florida, not that anyone couldn't tell already. I bitch about it all the
time. At least they let me keep my guns........oh, MRD, what part of the
great american swamp do you hail from? You one of those
maniacal north landers? Or in central/western hell? ____________________ “The only thing that can alter the good writer is death.”

I live in the lovely state of Misery. More specifically, Kirksville. The
thing that makes this state bearable is my family. Once the pettiness and
bullshit from the past got sorted out, we found strength in each other.
My mom still thinks I'm silly for changing my mind about moving to
Washington state, but oh, well. It's not as if I really make enough to
leave the state anyway. ____________________ "To Live is to Annoy." -- Rev. Lambert Reilly, Archabbot, St. Meinrad Abbey |

I'm one of the Ohio people. there are actually quite a few of us. i suspect
there are even more who are lurkers. I'm not surprised there are so many
Ohio people here. this state just breeds weirdness in all its myriad
forms... ____________________

Thorold (near niagara falls, we're too small to even show up on a map),
Canada. If it means anything though, I visited Australia during our summer,
although it would have been your winter (which was nearly as hot as our
summer, so I could barely tell the difference). I thought your country was
awesome, although I can see what you're talking about with the heat (and
coming from the land of the ice and snow it's all the worse). What part of
Australia are you from anyway?

I come from Jaffrey, New Hampshire. Home of the famous Mount Monadnock,
producer of wood pellet stoves and scum (and I don't mean vegetation). No
Shmenglian seems to live anywhere near me. My friend joined briefly, but
she's ADD and doesn't have the attention span to really get into Shmeng.
Don't move here. Unless you're rich, and can move to Peterborough, or the
more picturesque Jaffrey Center, you don't want to be here. Housing sucks,
the cops are assholes, and there's nothing to do. Except the bunny hop.
We're in the Guiness Book of Word Records for the biggest bunny hop in the
history of civilization. Hooray. ____________________ "You can tell by the scars on my arms and the cracks in my hips and the

California here...born and bred, which should be obvious. We have heat,
drugs and psychotics. Lots of psychotics...and fruits...yup, fruits and
nuts.
By the way, if anybody wants to come this way and shack up with me
somewhere, I'm thinking about gettin' a place sometime soon, as opposed to
movin' about randomly. Just a notice.
I always liked oz...I guess it's different ifyour actually from there, Cali
can be like that. ____________________ In the valley of the Goats, the Goat Fucker is King |

just so u all know, australia is hell, its hot very hot and very cold, had
bugs, and more bugs, and the entire country is OBSESSED with sport and
camping and other pointless outdoor stuff... the only good thing is the
beach. ____________________ I know whats it like to want to die, how it hurts to smile, how you try
