Room mate pushers.. Date Wednesday, April 24, 2024 - 04:45 AM PST Topic Icky People So here i have had my luck and found my new place to reside. i am happy. tho it is not permanent because my real plan is to move out west this summer. (hopefully) But this is my shmeng of the moment. So.. The other day. My friend Bean (nickname of course) Came over to my apartment to prepose that i take her in as a roommate. She claimed to have a job and making money weekly. I told her that i would think about it. although i was really thinking NO in my head. Here is why.. Bean.. has a huge history of being really really irresponcible with her life. She is a sweet girl. funny personality. but. Cannot take care of herself at all. she would be what some would call a freeloader. She's lookin for that free ride. someone to pay her way through everything. and it just doesnt happen that way. alot of people end up telling her to fuck off coz she doesnt keep a job and spends alot of her money (when she has it) on drug uses. I really adore bean. she has always been nice to me. but she really really has been lazy with her life. Many have tried to help. many end up being used. We are friends. not psychologists. * * * * So here i am checking out my new apartment the other day and bean is there with my friend angie. Its obviouse that this place is a one bedroom. I start to look around the place and bean comes up behind me "oh can we get it? its so nice! i have a futon! the living room could be my room! wont that be cool? we can have partys!" I turned to her and told her that i had to think about the apartment being.. that it would be Mine.. Not Ours. She then began to give me a run around trying to pressure me Into making her my roommate. I dont think so. I was told that bean had a apartment in the past. she let all these little freeloader flopphouse kids stay there at her place.. There even was a guy in the closet. I couldnt even imagine that with me. No way.So i told her that i wasnt sure even if i was getting the place and that she should go and find her own. I thought it would be the end there. Indeed not. That night i got a phone call at 10:30 in the evening. I was asleep and the phone rang. so finnally i got up and answerd it. "hey! did you get it? did you call the landlord to see if its okay that you can have a extra person?" Me: "Bean.. I did call the landlord. but i never said i would be having you live with me." Well then.. after that.. the normal voice ended and the she went into hysterical crying about how she got kicked out of her moms house and that her moms a psychotic bitch and hates her and blah blah blah. Oh the Sobbing this girl layed out to me. basically.. it boiled down to.. She wanted to move in with me now. and stay with me until she could get her own place. Now. I have been avoiding everytime she calls. I dont want to hear from her. I feel like im being manipulated and i really am getting pissed off. jebus tits! This girl is fully able to go out and work a job and support herself. she doesnt need to be laying this on me. And why me? why not one of her other "good" friends. I really think she is targeting me coZ im so damn compassionate. fehk. what to do what to do...
