Read a good story here:

Contemplated doing a comic for shmeng, but realized my computer lacked the
capacity for such a task.

I cleared all the psychos out of my life. Proceedings are under way
(howbeit slowly) for making it so we can see my step-kids without dealing
with the ex, I found out that my paranoid schizophrenic father (who
recently decided he wasn't goint to take his medication anymore) is not
going to be coming up to visit us with my mother at the end of the month,
and I just found out today at work that I am going to be moved to a new
section of the room, away from the obsessively nosy and controlling woman
who has erroneously got it into her head that the way I sit in my corner
and do my job the way I was told and leave her strictly alone is some sort
of subtle form of harrassment. For the first time in my nearly 28 years of
life, I will no longer be operating in close connection with a person or
organization of questionable sanity. I hope I'm going to be able to deal
with all the peace and quiet!
Oh, and we also had both vehicles break down and get repaired, so they both
run better than when we bought them, and I had an especially bad flare-up
from an on-going mysterious allergy that sent me to the emergency room, and
now said allergy is being duly medicated (over-medicated for a while), and
the source is being pinpointed and cared for (I hope). So all in all, it's
been 12 days of having all the major issues in my life flare up to a
horrific level simultaneously, and then just as suddenly resolve themselves
to leave me better off than I've ever been before. I kind of like that!

I spent two and a half weeks between going to school, and taking care of
my bebe girl. Then she went back down to CA, leaving me with school, and a
car that needs fixing. ____________________ Okay, dazzle me. |

Well, seeing as how I am no longer employed I stayed home. I had a friend
stay over one night and went and got bubble tea with her, had the lovers
package place offer me a job but I had to turn them down because I might
move, and I stayed over at my friend's house last night. I also found a
rather interesting story online which I have started reading. I have also
been getting more comfortable with the bus system, though I still am not
sure how to read the time tables because I have no fucking clue where I am
going so...hooray for trip planners on the metro website. It has rained
a fucking lot. Yeah, I quit my job from hell! WOOHOO! ____________________ "People always say what we are looking for is a meaning for life…I don't

I was on a vacation, too. Went up to Indiana to visit my significant
others' family. He took me to Chicago for a day--went to the Museum of
Science and Industry (way cool) and to Navy Pier to ride the ferris wheel.
Went out to dinner numerous times and met extended family I hadn't yet
known. Rode bikes for half a day on the coolest bike trail I've ever been
on.
Now we're home and Shmeng is back. But my vacation doesn't end until
Tuesday. Woohoo! ____________________ "I've told you before, I don't comprehend religion, although

I love the title. You should stop by and tell me all about it. Maybe you
can kill the giant spider in the bathroom. ____________________ "People always say what we are looking for is a meaning for life…I don't

I'm not into killing spiders, but I'm willing to catch it, name it, and
take it outside where it can live amongst (and possibly eat) wood moths and
termites. In fact I rescued a bee from the ocean the other day. His name
is Sasha. ____________________ < / hate > |
