I must agree. Hot Topic could kill it. I mean, sure they do have some
cute clothing, but gebus, prices are high and they just seem to conformist
for me. I did by my homecoming dress from there, I must admit. I liked it
though and that is all that matters. Thank you again Kat B and I will
pressure them to get it in. ____________________ "People always say what we are looking for is a meaning for life…I don't

Well, apparently the Nemi-crew picked out the _really_ innocent strips &
sent to more "regular" distributors/newspapers (in the US) & was told the
material was nice, but waaaay to explictit...

Aye, very much so. I ranted about this before on another site, they sell a
"pre-packaged fashion" at extremely high prices. See Hot Topic, they market
the latest trend to death and then put the stuff they don't sell on sale.
That's all they do. Remember Spongebob, "Punk Rwak", "Hello Kitty" etc. -
Sometimes, they have some really nice stuff (shirts, pants) for cheep. I
usually do my shopping on South Street and believe it or not, some stores
on South Street are MORE EXPENSIVE than Hot Topic. Luckily I have alot of
cash saved up and a easy job soon enough.
Anywho: Hot Topic, they'll sell a coat for $100 when you can get the damn
near same thing at GoodWill or a flea market for $25. Highway robbery, but
then again, that's how most stores make a profit.
I’m ranting again.
I doubt they’ll kill the piece…unless it becomes really popular, marketing
comes in and “$$$”!
Also, heh, I doubt any politically correct mainstream publication will
allow even “tamer” pieces from Nemi.
And kudos to you Kat for bringing a funny ass comic to shmeng.

Just so you know it, I have notified the artist of this shameless stealing
of her work, and she was very flattered by all your praise!
One day we must have a petition signed for her to translate those I'm to
sissy to try herself; She's half american and definately more able than
me...
And MRD04 - just fill in the name of the CD he asks for with any crap you
hate the most ____________________ All stressed out and no one to choke...
