I have my first internet stalker. This is just completely odd for me. Yeah
I have a public profile because of my photography and I have heard from a
few of my models that photographs I have taken have ended in them being
stalked in one way or another by some guy online. But I have never had one
of my own. I think I'll pass on this one! Seriously!
My friends father has started stalking me online! Is that just fucking odd
or what? I've known my friend Todd for alittle over a year now. He has
discussed how unstable his father is and how he has not seen his father
since he was a young boy. He has told me about how his dad emails him over
and over and over even though he tells his father to go away but that he
just cannot bring himself to completely cut the man out of his life because
it is his father.
So one day I'm at my friends web site and I see someone by the name of fudd
calling my friend gay. I tell the person to get a life. Believe me when I
say I wish I had never done so. Come to find out, it is my friends dad. I
apologize for telling him to get a life and inform him his son is not gay.
The guy asked me for my email address and I tell him NO very clearly
knowing his history with his son.
The guy finds my web site through his son's links page and begins emailing
me anyways. He emailed me 6 times in 10 minutes because I didn't answer
right away. To make a long story short he pretends to be interested in
being educated on his son and then starts asking me for pictures of myself!
WTF! I tell him no. He sends me an email calling his son a retard and what
a loser his son has been his entire life. At this point I tell him to go
away and block him from emailing me.
But did he go away? Hell no. He found his sons livejournal and then he
found mine. That's when it gets bad. He has been through nearly 8
livejournal accounts. LJ has sent him a cease and desist order which of
course he ignored and used two more accounts to harrass me. The guy calls
me sick, idiot and "flakie okie".
I ban him, I block him, I erase him, I ignore him. Yet he still continues
to insult me. Finally, being frustrated I call the police. The police come
to my house and he looks over the emails I have and just shakes his head.
He tells me I definately qualify for a No Contact order. He gives me the
info I need to get one and case # so I can refer to it at court. I post in
my journal about how really cute the policeman was and this guy calls me a
lier saying I never called the police. He seems to think that because he is
a lying piece of shit, everyone else. *shakes head*
Now he is going on about how he is going to sue me for harrassment even
though I have not sent him a single email or commented in any of his
journal. He claims he has called the police too.
I posted some photos in my journal I did of myself holding a knife. He
emails his son and says I am threatening him with a knife! WTF! He says he
called the cops and showed them my threatening image.
He has accused me online of taking NUDE PHOTOS OF MY 11 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER!
He has posted online that I use my models and lure them into my web. This
guy is not only going to cause my life trouble but he is trying to cause
trouble for my photography. And can you believe he sent his son an email
saying he has only emailed me once ever!
I'm going to the court house tomorrow morning. I've just printed out emails
he has sent me, posts he has made to my journal, actions that have been
taken by sites he has used to harrass me to stop him and even an email he
sent his son saying that I am an evil spirit sent by satan!
This is really starting to piss me off and stress me out. I've tried to
avoid him, ban him and now I'll have to try legal actions. I hope the no
contact order doesn't cost anything because if it does I'm screwed. I'm
already $400 short on rent which is due in two days.

| I can feel for you Rayce. I had something similar happen a few years back.
It's not fun, but it can be gotten through. *tight hugs* Best of luck at

| Jesus Christ! This guy sounds like he needs a good learnin' indeed. Try
legal action and if that doesn't work, email mee and we'll see if we can
come up with some "old fashioned" justice to unleash upon this moron. Oh
yeah, is yor friend prepared to testify against his dad? ____________________

yeah i read about that in your LJ *cough* Nosey *cough ack spit*
that really sucks....he obviously needs help....ya know....the kind that
requires a straight-jacket and and prescription drugs(not the good
ones....he doesn't deserve those)

*hug* Hang in there, hon. I've been catching this saga from my LJ, and I
hope this is the end of that jackass. I hope he isn't stupid enough to
follow you here. If he does, I have no doubt that he'd get chased back
under his rock, besides whatever legal ramifications there are.
My heart goes out to you, hon. I've never seen anyone have such a hard
time with a cyber-stalker.

Got the no contact order today. He will be there for the court hearing in
two weeks so his son and one of my boyfriends are going to go along. That
way he cannot get in my face.

looked gross and called her flackey okie.....
that is why she is filing for harrassment..
one of her reasons anyway....
checking yuour sons website to see if an individual is saying nasty things
about you is not staulking.....if you see a picture on the web and call it
ugly you can be charged for harrassment...i don"t think so....see you in
court okie!!"

In case this thread comes up in court:
Rayce NEVER madethreats of any kind toward the "alleged" stalker (who will
hereafter be reffered to as "shithead"), she did not ask asnyone to
threaten shithead, nor did she ask for any harm to come upon shithead.
Dolorosa nad myself acted on our own initiative. Furthermore, shithead is
clearly stalking Rayce as he actually tracked her down to this website, not
to mention her LiveJournal. Shithead also has a two inch penis and cries
after sex. ____________________

Thanks to all of you for making me smile and backing me up verbally. I
really appreciate it. This entire thing has made me realize just how
wonderful my friends online and off really are! And how much good they do
in my life.

Damn Dolo, that is so hiliarious, I am going to have memorize that cadence
now and walk around saying it. I especially love the ripping out of the
vas deferens and using the steel wool on the rectum, though I think you
should also use it on his scrotum. Perhaps crack open his skull and give
his sick mind a good scrubbing.
Rayce: I am so glad that you got that No Contact order against him. I
didn't know the whole story yesterday, and now I do, and damn I fucking
hated the bastard yesterday, and I would like to see him beaten to a bloody
