"I want to go out with you" The seven words that would change everything...
Alex has been my best guy friend for... I don't know, a long time. But anyways we had dated in the past and I had had a crush on him scince pre-school. We could talk about anything- and I mean everything. And we could talk comfortably. Thats just some background info.
Stefano was my boy friend. He was cute, witty, and so crazy smart. He was nice, a gentleman, and nuaghty enough to make things spicy. But we didn't talk talk- the way Alex and I did. Then Alex told me he wanted to go out with me, and for me it was like I really like Stefano but Alex is a great person to talk to and he has so many of the same good traits a Steffy.
This was Tuesday... Alex said on Friday we'll offically be going out. Okay... So I dump Steffy- justifiably he was hurt. He hooked up with a new girl. I was free until Friday.
Thursday I call Alex and get the vibe he doesn't want to go out with me. So I call my close friend Colin and asked him to find out what was going on. Yeah- I was right Alex didn't want to go out with me any more. I don't know why... but it hurt so bad, and I cried for the first time in a year... for two hours.
Today he said "I still like you but I think I'll stay single until next year." Then "How are you feeling?" How do you think I'm feeling you dick?! Now every time I look at Stefano I think "I miss you..." I want him back and I'm so screwed...
To be continued?

Wait wait...this is the espisode were Brandon and Kelly get into a really nasty fight, and that spelling chick says something stupid!!
But seriously folks...sounds like you've been sucker-punched rather fierce. And like the Almighty said, polyamory...you don't just have to love one. But then again, a lot of people don't go for that.
My advice.
Sleep with the guys dad.

I'm sorry to be an ass...but i feel no sympathy for you. That was a pretty a retarded proposal. No guy in there right mind would ever say to a girl: "on Friday we'll offically be going out", and again would never say that to a girl who is already taken. Give'n the boy probably has balls but still i've never heard of such a thing. Now do you think that sometime in the past that you hurt him in any way that he used this whole situation to hurt you in the end? Now you have to realize something, Im guessing that you are still young...and now what you need to think is "is this 'Steffy' guy all as good as i thought he was',there would be no way in hell that you would have dumped him in a flash like that if he was. Then you state that he hooked up with some other chick right after you dumped him, now either he was hurt or he had already been with this chick before or she is just a slut that he found at some under aged high school party. Now, ask yourself why you are sad, and when you answer, it will come to the fact that you made the mistake and cannot totally blame this Alex fool, you made the choice to dump this "Steffy" guy for Alex that you had a crush on forever...but was pre-school that long ago. So the bottom line here is that the "X" cromosome made the mistake. Men are always blamed for shit like that, but is this guy a man or a boy? You now have learned that "Steffy" wasnt good enough or you wouldnt have dumped him in the first place and this Alex guy is not good enough cause he was just an ass. So you now have to wait, and before you jump into another relationship learn more about the person first so you don't go blamming men for your mistakes.

I just gotta say that I think polyamory sucks. Sooner or later, one partner will get mad at the other, and the one in the middle will have to make a decision... :(

First of all cheating ain't polyamory (or however you spell it...), except in the most selfish of ways. True, it sucks to be in the middle of a spat, but we could all learn something from the Bonoboe Monkey (again, spelling?). Those little rascals never fight, they do not know violence, they fuck to solve their arguments as well as for fun. On the other hand, people suck, and I will be the first to admit that bois suck just as much as grrls. All animals get jealous (just ask my cat what he thinks of the dog and bird) for attention, but some of us are not petty about it. Usually...

Well this crisis has changed quite a bit. Stefano has gone through two girl friends, and Alex is now telling everyone that I am a "skanky slut". I don't care what he has to say any more. I think I'm going to go take a bubble bath and eat some chocolate.
