Well, I only knew a bit of this before.. when my pictures are developed I'll show you a picture of the building...its the oldest building in New Orleans called the Ursuline Convent..get this, its actually the SOURCE of all the vampire myths in Louisiana
Ok, I'm going to try and tell you how I remember it..it may take a moment..so just be patient,
Around the early 1700's, the King of France sent all these criminals (pickpockets, murderers, etc) to New Orleans, freed from prison if they agreed to marry convicted prostitues...but when they all got here, the nuns at the convent were quite upset with the odds of men to women...5 men for every 1 woman...and the death rate was of course, higher than the birth rate, so the nuns took it upon themselves to help the problem...they took all these real poor yet proper French girls off from the streets and brought them here to be suitable wives for the men here, to perhaps, help the population problem...they were called the Casket Girls because of the long 6 foot coffin shaped crates they carried their belongings in...
It was kind of odd to these men, because I mean...after all, these girls WERE poor and they couldnt possibly have enough belongings to fill a huge coffin-shaped box...well, a couple of months after they got there.....the death rate DOUBLED...noone could figure out why, exactly..well, anyway, the Vatican, after so many years turned the Convent into an armory and a stash for all their archives...after the happenings with the casket girls, the third floor of the convent was closed off to the public...the shutters all around the third floor were nailed shut with 800 "blessed" screws each..
obviously to keep whatever was in there (which at the time was believed to be the coffin-shaped boxes the girls had) from coming out.. as the centuries progressed, the security on the third floor skyrocketed... seriously, laser beams hidden in the stairs, along with plates so sensitive, that something as small as a mouse could set it off... priests constantly watch over the place when the tours are given so that noone makes the mistake of trying to go there..even though its said to be chained up... in fact the only people that CAN go up there are the highest orderlies of the Vatican..and they keep it locked from the rest of humanity "for our own good"...
well, in the 1970's these 5 parapsychologists came to new orleans to investigate that strange phenomenon the first night, the two parapsychologist girls left from their hotels to sneak into the convent after midnight..well, they never came back....the next morning, the three others went to look for them and found their mutilated corpses on the steps of the convent with 90% of their blood missing from their bodies with what looked like animal bites..the funny thing is.....its a physical impossibility to get even 60% of your blood out of your body...its a total fuckin' mystery...thats what brings me to my questions...and the questions of the people of the french quarter.....1.) what is it that the vatican is trying to hide in the third floor? 2.) whatever it is, why do they need 800 "blessed" screws to keep it from the rest of the quarter...and 3.) what the fuck keeps opening those shutters??...
that same night.....those shutters were found open
earlier this century, when a group of people were there to fix the wall that was leaning dangerously over the edge of the quarter, they found it was from the pressure of more than 1000 infant skeletons, from birth to a year, against the wall....and the fuckin church will not account for ANY of those children, and they told everyone it was a fucking joke!!......
...well anyways, to this day, the third floor of that convent is shut off from everyone...and i took the fuckin' pictures of it...unfortunately, my mom was a little too frightened by the story to let me go back there after midnight when some of the shutters are said to be open, so....but anyway, thats the story...
tells you alot about the catholic church...

wow. I think its time for a road trip to over there! Except, perhaps I don't have a driver's license. And school starts in one week. But that's pretty cool. Not the dead bodies though.

Callei? Feral? You guys don't happen to know anything about this, do you? Anything that you haven't promised the vatican or the third floor residents you wouldn't tell?

Jezebel:The story is accurate.
What about the dreams,the "pull" felt from the site location, and another unmentionable experience?
If you have been at the location then you would know what I mean.
