I'm sorry, but I believe that even had the said head been brought in on the formentioned stick we still would have found ourselves at war in Iraq. The long and short of it is that this war is not about Bin Laden in Iraq, it's about stamping out terror. Iraq causes us terror, therefor we are at war with it.
When we have finished with Iraq we plan to launch an all out offensive against the boogie man, cause that mother has been terrorizing the beejeezuz out of us since the beginning of time. He does not, however, present as much of a reward, so he is on the backburner of offensives.

"We, as a country, do a lot of good things." Please show me some examples.
"we are not the first country who's leaders have a greedy eye on the globe and how to dominate it (economically or literally) nor are we the first to be bullies overseas stickin our dirty little fingers in everyone else's pies." No, we are not the first... but currently we are the only one of the "super powers" left... honestly, the only thing that ever trruly stopped us from world domination was the threat of retaliation from the other world super powers...
"Our benign benefactor is not the ONLY world leader to go against the wishes and voices of their people, either. " I cite the example of britain... currently... tony blair is getting ready to deal with some real heat from his constituents...
"It makes me very sad to see those poor people in places such as Iraq happy to see the troops, or asking reporters "when are the americans coming? I'm afraid of my govt, and I'd feel safer if the americans were here" (actual quote from CNN...eh it's prolly made up but stil). " Please note that the reporters are with the trroops, and as such in the military's pocket... The latest news is the attacks from the Iraqi militia... militia is civilian... the resistance from these militia fighters is fierce... these aren't soldiers, but common people defending their land from teh American invaders.
"Our road to this current "war" has it's roots back before clinton" I am sorry I failed to mention the support in the way of weapons, tanks, chemical agents and putting hussein in power in the first place... but I did state that I was tracing current history... the stuff that led to that before 1991, led to teh conflict in 1991...
"It is suspected that Iraq was involved (financially/politically supportive) with Al Quida terrorists that perpetraded the attack." this statement is exactly what I was addressing... The government has stated that... they went so far as to state that "iraq may well have nuclear weaponry"... while THe government is issuing these false statements, sources from all over the world have madee statements to the contrary... If our proof was sooooo conclusive to this end... why did EVERYONE who supported us after 9/11 back off in this???
"The thing that makes me think they may have been more involved is that the plane hitting the building was decorated with an Iraqi flag." I honestly think it should have been an american flag...
