It's no trouble practically leaving salt out totally, whatever you make yourself just tastes so much better - after you've gotten used to it, though. The BIG problem is, the moment you eat anywhere but home, you can't taste nothing but salt! Having a busy life with little time for cooking, I actually had to increase my tolerance for salt :(
