Dune is probably one of the most interesting and readable books ever written. The concept of the flawed messiah alone makes this book worth a read. However Hebert’s interpretation on prediction of the future, human relation to the environment, secret societies, and the evolution of humanity, make Dune and insightful read numerous times over.
