Hmm. I live in Kent and the only sites I find useful are the gas stations,
a piercing shop, and Top Food and Drug. ____________________ < / hate > |

God you're not talking about Kent Dermagraphics are you?! You know, on
central ave where all the underage chicks go to get pierced/tattooed
without their parents?
I had two TWELVE year old girls come in my store after getting their nose
done there, one had her mom with her and the other was just a friend (if my
kid's friend's mom let my kid get their nose pierced i'd MURDER
them....texas cheerleader murder got NOTHIN on me) and they weren't told
how long to leave it in, what gauge it was, how to take care of it AND they
were like "Uh, well, I didn't wanna ask him cuz he kinda smelled like
beer".
That place is a toilet bowl. Yuck. Unless it's got new management that
is, you never know. ____________________ Trapped in time. Surrounded by evil. Low on gas. |

OH and if you live in kent, then if you've ever driven down the east hill
off 108th by the elementary school you may have seen the "boffers" I'm
referring to. They're usually there on unseasonable days to play under the
covered area..... ____________________ Trapped in time. Surrounded by evil. Low on gas. |

How about sexual roleplaying? That can be fun every once in a while. As
long as it isn't severely lacking right hemisphere of the brain. ____________________

It's on Central, but it's not Dermagraphics, it's Mark of the Vampire.
Anyway, the guys at this place would never pierce twelve-year-olds without
consent; Chris is the most conservative piercer I've met. As in, don't
touch it, don't go into water EVER unless it's your shower or bath, don't
dye your hair, don't rotate the ring, clean it twice a day for the first
six months . . . I've only gotten a rook pierced by them, though . . . they
don't do surface piercings.
And Squid, I know this isn't what you were thinking of, but I just love
those urban legends of various Batmen of the bedroom who jump into ceiling
fans and die. How's THAT for using ANY of your brain?

I just drove on central the other day and they're not there anymore...it's
now and "afro-centric barber's shop". I know one location is still in biz,
if you watch local late night tv it's still advertised. ____________________ Trapped in time. Surrounded by evil. Low on gas. |

If y'all like role-playing and have a good sense of humor about it and the
chat rooms that evolve around it, check out this old webcomic called "Elf
Only Inn." There are about 250 episdoes or strips or whatever. It hasn't
been updated since August or so, but it's great to back to the very
beginning and watch: a) how the plot and characters develop, b) how the
artwork evolves and get way better over time, and c) how many people you
might have met that are very nearly exactly like some of these
characters.

I love RPG geeks. One of my ex-boyfriends picked me up with the cheesy
line, "Hey, wanna go back to my place and fondle my dice while you check
out my two-handed sword? I'll let you be Dungeon Master." It was sort of
sad, but cute at the same time.

RQ, that's only slightly better than the "touch my crystal" crap I get...
and only better if the guy was joking in the first place. I get some
serious freaks trying to pick me up with weird lines like, "I'm 90% Fae",
and "My Angel name is...." (can't remember, but it was a doozy) The really
sad part is, these guys were absolutely serious. ____________________

I know! Isn't it awful? My ex was joking, but the people you meet at
parties or cons are just too much. This one girl kept trying to seduce me
or something only vaguely resembling seduction by telling me she's a
half-faerie dragon-half or something and that one her other personalities
was a vampire. How, might I ask, can only one part of you be a vampire
while the rest is not? But people who actually do have Dissociative
Identity Disorder (multiple personalites) can have a personality that's
allergic to strawberries while another isn't, so maybe vampirism is like a
reverse-allergy symptom that only Frank had or something. ____________________ Today's liberals are tomorrow's conservatives. When my generation is the

i want to meet one of the people who claim to be psychic vampires (not the
anton lavey kind, the drain your mental powers for sustenance kind). i
really want to know whether it would work, and also find out what it feels
like. i personally am very skeptical, and a bit of an arsehole, so would
also like to see how they react if/when i tell them that it appears to be
doing nothing. ____________________ Eritis sicut Deus scientes bonum et malum.

Vibe suckers. If you decide to become friends with them make sure they
don't want to suck your vibe and that they like to get it from the earth or
are the kind who ask you if they can suck your vibe. Yeah, it's my vibe
dammit and I'll give it to you if I want to. I don't have to have you suck
it out of me...I'll just fling it at you....until then MINE.

My bf has played for years. He is mostly into old White Wolf. Don't get
the new Vampire the Masquerade books. They're shit. All the original
people quit and the newbies didn't read the old books so they changed shit
all around and it's all fucked up now. He also plays D&D, Riffs,
Cyberpunk, and there's like 500 different books I could go look at and
list, but I'm too lazy to get up and go in the closet. |

AD&D 2nd edition
Rifts
White wolf (which may i add is alot more fun when you have a GM with the
mind of a super computer, and figures out how to run all the different
books into a giant game of chaos with a purpose, . . . kind of.)
I personally favor Rifts, but thats just me.

I and a few of the people i know get something similar, but its more of a
emotional energy thing, its allitle hard to explain. baisically you feed
off of the excess emotional energy from others, and subconsiously make
decisions to excite people around you for that exact purpose. there have
actually been a few times after months without "feeding" that i literally
had to stop myself from taking energy from a good friend of mine as i
hugged her to say goodbye. but then again that is me. and every person that
can be considered a "vampire" is unique in action and "feeding" .
ya know, i can't help but feel completely crazy whenever i explain this.
and this is only the third time. gah.
so i'm really just trying to say that its possible. finding them is the
hard part.
