| Hey I was wondering if anybody has heard of the site called "dark
emporium"? The reason I am asking is because I am having some trouble with
these people. They're really mishandling my first (and ultimately
last..hehe) order. Has anybody else heard of or ordered from this site? ____________________

stuff is soooooooooo cooooooooool.

AND WATCHES AND OMG I HAD A STROKE WHEN I SAW THEIR STUFF!

I'm sorry they screwed up your order. Get it straightened around as best
you can and don't give up. Internet ordering ALWAYS has room for errors of
all sorts. Try it again with something small, and if they fuck it up a
second time, THEN you know their shipping/account dept is smoking crack.
Give 'em a second shot before you write them off for good.
It could be worse. I had a customer who's card was declined, and when he
called the bank he had $3K worth of charges to his CHECKING ACCOUNT by
lucky13.com.
There was a glitch after he typed in his credit card (check card) saying
"error, please re-enter your information"...so he did. 15 times. Charged
him each time. He called them direct and they were MORE than happy to "fix
it".
I'll probably try some online shipping this holiday season, and they are on
my list. I'll let you know how it goes.
That martini shaker will be MINE!!!! uh...I mean it's for my lovely
husband...uh...

What exactly is your trouble. Is it as simple as they shipped the wrong
shirt size, or did they charge your account way too much. Is their support
giving you the run around, or are they being helpfull. Did you even call
them? Was the problem caused by something you did wrong?
We can't really tell you what to do if we don't really know the problem... ____________________

It was a rather simple order. I ordered a few pieces of jewelry around
August 2nd. If you know the site then you should know their policies of
like 28 days or something like that to allow for delivery, 21 maybe I'm not
sure. But I've dealt with them about it already they lost my original
order. They then say that one or two of the pieces has been discontinued
so they gave me a refund..well it's still pending. Well I should be
getting the refund by now. I was just wondering if anybody else has
purchased from them and how their order went. Thanks for the info Bettie
I'll keep that in mind  ____________________

Nah, I got them when I worked at spencer gifts about two years ago. I only
have series one...they put the other ones out so fast I didn't have the
money or the time to make a space for them 
So I"m just gonna kick it old school with my full set of series one...and
be...happy *fakes a smile*

Well I just may give the site a second chance....
Today I just happened to receive an email concerning my order. After so
many weeks they've finally corrected their mistakes and have reshipped my
order. Also they state that they have credited me in full so if I'm
reading this correctly..I'm getting free jewelry...very nice..hehe ____________________

HAPPENS!
and not only did they fix it, but they also did something very unusual for
businesses today...made you HAPPY and reimbursed you for your hair
pulling!

and you weren't whinning...Sailor Jerry screwed up a valentine's day
present order and I didnt' get it until like..three days after. You wanna
see PISSED you should have gotten a good look at my HUSBAND! He called
them and was like "you realise that was a valentine's day present for my
wife as I stated in my order inquiry email and you RUINED MY GIFT FOR HER!
THANKS FOR RUINING VALENTINE'S DAY!"

It does make me feel alot better though...because they really do have ALOT
of kick ass jewelry and housewares I had finally
succeeded in my long quest for a job..and I'm really excited because I
really had been trying for a long time. So I think I know what I'm doing
with some of my checks
