to know what other people think. I would like to do the same. Mine is
"Why is there violence in the world?" Many scholars have pondered over
this question for many centurys. (please dont correct my spelling if i mis
spell something). The other think that i would like people to ponber is
"what purpose does it have on socity?" Please share your thoughts. ____________________ In the heart of every warrior there is a mouse |

Violence is neccesary. To put it as simply as possible.
Itīs a defined part of both Evolution and Creation. Fate, fortune and the
laws of entropy say that everything fades away, all treasures slip from
your fingers...who the fuck is fate to say thatīs what happens?
Well...theres part of the answer, fighting for what you want, fighting for
what you believe is right....
The down side of this, well...Violence is often the easiest answer to many
of lifes problems. And some people excel at misusing it. Thugs, murderers
and rapists fall into themselves and dwell on the Violence for impure
purposes...and taint itīs reason for existance.
But all of that can go on and on forever...trust me, Iīve gotten into a
crapload of debates about it.
The end result is this, Humanity, is a Violent species. Thats why there is
Violence in the world.
It isnīt bad...it just is, and itīs purity can be defiled very easily.

well i think i already told you what i think..?
basically the source of all evil is currency. but sadly there is no
escaping it.
if people could do without money or the likes of there would be no (musc
less) theft there would be no social classes to define you and make you
feel inferior.. there would be fewer people fighting about who is gunna
pay for something (no more divource court either hehe) we wouldnt fight
about how much we spend on someone and how big whatever gift is bla bla
bla
we wouldnt feel the need to buy things to make ourselves look better than
our "class" allows.
im gunna start ranting if i dont drop this now so ill add more later ____________________ if you want idiocy you've come to the right place |

I donīt know if money/currency whatever is the source of all evil, itīs
just another excuse in some cases.
Personally, Iīm convinced that a true and lasting peace can only exist
with the utter obliteration of existance....or maybe just us.
And that just wouldnīt be fun.

just because we have tecnology and bla bla bla..
i still think that animals are smarter.. they dont need to be taught some
things they just know it.. instinct...
i dont think we have that anymore.. we are taught just about everything we
know... maybe thats our problem.. we are mant to kill something to live..
but e dont kill anything.. maybe we need that violence.. maybe we are
mant to be a violent species.. who knows..

Marines...gah. Join the Marines, Go to Interesting new places, meet
fascinating exotic people...and kill them.
I think animals are simpler, and maybe purer than humans...yeah, but
theyīre just as violent. And as far as Iīm concerned Humanity (not the
individual mind you, theres a difference) IS at the top of the
foodchain...and weīre prolly gonnaī stay there for awhile.
Animalīs donīt build rocket launchers...
Anywho...I am an advocate for violence, maybe not in all of itīs myriad
forms, but for itīs essential nature.
And tell me it doesnīt feel good to drop some mealymouthed moron who was
talking shit about you for looking, thinking and acting the way you
do...tell me it doesnīt feel good when you stand up and knock the shit out
of someone who was practically begging for it...
It does feel good, sometimes too good...itīs the fire in our spirit, itīs
there for a reason, and it burns hot...it can be a tool, or it can be a
disaster...depends on how you manage to control it I guess.
And I think people have instincts...I know I do, and Iīve seen it in
others. Suppressed...yeah, but theyīre there...

Human beings have no instincts. We have urges and compulsions (fight or
flight) but no instincts. Instinct is a complex pattern of behavior that
is genetically inherant in ALL members of a single species. Spiders
knowing at birth how to spin webs. Migration of birds. Hibernation.
Continuation of the species.
Humans having a larger more complex brain (that odly enough we dontī USE
most of it...we got thumbs, what the hell do we need the rest of our brain
for?) and an unheard of visciousness and adaptability is what made us
succeed as a species. This may also be our downfall. We, in the
beginning, had instincts. Very primitive, we were, when we had them. No
longer are they present in the species.
Violence is present in every species...some more eager to express it than
others. Chimpanzees, human kindīs closest "relative", are very human in
their TEMPER...without the reasoning ability to control it. There is a
saying "Never turn your back on the ocean, or a family of chimps". Silver
back gorillas, however, are generally quite gentle, resorting to violence
after much posturing and scare tactics. True violence to them is a last
resort, like with elephants.
As much as we hate our violent tendencies, it is what allowed our species
to progress while other failed homoerectus prototypes died out.
Neanderthals were a very peaceable, mostly vegetarian, and reclusive human
prototype. They were killed out/out bred by homosapiens....natureīs evil
twin. Our voracity allowed us to outcompete all other species...and old
habits die hard.
As we strive to become a more "enlightened" society, we find our repressed
violent tendencies and those of others more and more frusterating. We get
"stressed out"..by whatever, our jobs, our lives, our families, our seeming
stagnation and lack of evolutionary progression, traffic, etc..and voila,
behold the human beast within us all.
We hold ourselves higher than nature...seem to think that we can pave it,
strip it, use it, repress it in ourselves, that weīre special. We are
monkeys who survived insurmountable odds to become what we are now. Apes
with table manners. and computers. and cars. Whoopie.

You donīt run up to a bull and bash your head into it...instead, you tie a
bunjee cord around itīs balls and jump on itīs back....theres a fucked up
metaphor for dealing with Violence there.
But claiming that Violence is "bad" is Care Bear crap thatīs better left
for sunday morning cartoons.
Violence IS...deal with it, get good at it, or someone else whoīs better
is going to put you under.
I respect pascifists, a lot actually...I just donīt agree with īem.

I donīt have a lot of respect for pacifism, but I do at times envy it...to
just let the waves wash over instead of swimming against the tide. In my
mind if you arenīt part of the solution youīre part of the
problem...pacifism can easily transcend to apathy if unchecked. I canīt
turn the other cheek...thereīs still one side yet unslapped and I wonīt
suffer an indignity twice. I canīt. Some people will. I wonīt.
Call it prideful, call it violent, I call it self preservation. I fully
realize that one person against the world will do nothing for the world,
but itīs about the self, and the upholding of oneīs self, dignity, and the
dignity of others. Violence against yourself is an attempt to lower you in
the eyes of others, physically and psychologically. Yet standing by and
allowing others to suffer the same is as bad, in my eyes, as allowing it to
happen to yourself. Violence just IS...I donīt question that either, but
just because something IS doesnīt mean you have to take it, or allow it.
Violence is present in every society and culture on earth, whether itīs
acceptable or not, and thereīs nothing you can do but keep it in check.
Itīll never be at an accpetable level in the minds of anyone....90% of us
hate the idea of violence, but keeping it in check is all we can do. ____________________ Trapped in time. Surrounded by evil. Low on gas. |

Beast, violence is only inherant in the sick. potty training also isnt an
"instinct" and some people do wet the bed thier whole lives, but that
doesnt make it a good thing. We do teach our kids to NOT piss themselves
when ever the urge comes on them, but frequently we fail to teach our kids
to NOT hit whenever the urge hits (giggle).
LOts of people do make every act of thier lives a violent act, but like i
said lots of people pee the bed thier whole life too.
Most of us dont, because we want a dry bed, a happy bed partner, and not to
have to wash the sheets every day.

Well, I think it might be because humans are predators, but we also have
intelligence. And, well, emotions and intelligence does not blend well
together. When we get angry, we hide it, we plan revenge and we do so... or
we attack the other with weapons we created... (talking about the real
violent people and happenings here though). We basicly use our intelligence
in wrong way because of our emotions... at least those whom are very
violent and such. But yeah, I donīt know... just pondering about it... ____________________ ~The World Can Continue It's Excistence Without Mankind... But What Happens
