test which only works, in the end if you have smoked anything in the last 3
hrs... ____________________

| actually... the swab in the mouth tests for TCH back as far as a month...
as for the other stuff.. it pretty much fades withiin hours... they should
have done a hair test... but did you tell teh judge that going back there
would be a problem? ____________________

I agree, talk to your social worker, social advocate, whoever and ask tell
them what you need. Demand a piss test before you will move back in, or
other viable solutions. You do have some control over your destiny in this
situation. Don't just be vocal to us, be vocal to them.
As someone who used to work in social service there is a mandatory
requirement to report and investigate allegations of abuse made by
whomever. If they ignore you, you can request to talk to the judge directly
in chambers because you feel poorly represented by your social advocate.
Trust me, that will get you the attention you need. ____________________

I just talked to her, she says that she feels that I have at least 6 months
before I have to worry about anything maybe, she doesnt know for sure...
I called my mother and she told me that she doesnt want me to call her
anymore unless I go home and I will NOT go home! so I dont know what to
do...
My baby will be 2 on Sunday(not actually my baby, but I raised her so I
feel like it).. and i dont want to go to her party because of my parents...
and I think it will be out of The Health and welfare office because my
parents had court yesterday and got the two younger girls back supposedly,
and it tears me up not to go,
but I dont want to put myself back in another situation... ____________________

This is going to sound really harsh, but it is not about the younger girls.
It's about you. Being a powerless situation for someone else is not going
to give you more power. I have four younger siblings, none of them made it
out whole. This is not my fault.
It sucks, but it is true. And because I never take my own advice I tried to
go back and help in one situation, to save one. Not only did it make things
worse for one, but the other three now hate me.
I live my life for me. I'm the only person important in the situation and
the only one worth caring about. You create new families, new loves, new
people to care about as you get older. But the family that is trying to
hold you back and cut you down. They are never going to be happy with your
success. They will hold it over your head, make ultimatums, demands that
are insanely unreasonable. We won't talk unless you move back is a stupid
ultimatum. Parents who love and respect their children don't say shit like
that. They say I want to talk to you and understand your decision, I want
to know how we can fix this.
No sweetie, you do what's right for you. The rest will work itself out.

Oh, Thanatopsis seems to be going about things fine. It's just when new
people jump in and show they really haven't done any reading on the site at
all that we tend to get a little testy. But all seems in order here, as
