Andree I'm with you. To their credit, I give them all the same treatment I
give the REST of the world. You're a douchebag until proven otherwise.
Tho I hold out longer on the "proving" run a bit longer with RPG's. You
never know, half their life is "faking" stuff, and they could be "playing"
normal, so they could go wacko on you at any time.
Ever run screaming into one of their "battles" with a baseball bat? Please
do it for me, if you're under 18, I passed my chance to have my record
wiped clean on a certain birthday a LONG friggin time ago. Don't hit any
of them hard, just chase them around like a spaz for me dear, thx.
My husband worked with a couple of kids that "boffed" on the elementary
playground near our house during the winter (they moved their "battles" to
the park in the summer) and one king senjor geek approached him and was all
like "you want to see pictures of "our kind"?" So he obliged and the kid
was showing him all these RETARDED ass pictures of girls in monster fur
togas and guys in skirts with nerf swords posing like they were fucking
Highlander. Yes, Highlander, next to the swingsets with the seatbelts. By
the way, if you live in Kent or Pacific or Algona, Wa you might have seen
him walking around the Supermall or the streets. He looks like a fat,
angry Quentin Tarantino. In a trenchcoat. With B.O.
I will confess, I tried D&D ONCE with a group of friends that were
really into it, just for something to do, and that set my mind for good
that torching their majick cards one at a time when they weren't looking
was okay. ____________________

I'm into it... i can be "wacko" in the sense, that if I visit a con, i act
out my character in the gaming group... but not away from the table...
@bettie_x: You didn't grasp that there is no connection between Magic and
D&D, right?

Bane, know what? I'm GLAD you're into it, if it makes you happy. And yes,
I do realise the difference between Majic and D&D, but what does it
matter? It's just another facet of the whole "Role Playing" genre, and
most people who do one do the other. And don't tell me I'm "intolerant" of
RPG. If I was intolerant I would be demanding other people stop playing it
just because I think it's retarded, and not be friends with people that
game and go to cons but keep the grasp between games and reality, instead
of griping about the occasional freak or group of freaks that wierd me out.
If you're not one of the aforementioned spaz's, then good for you, I
wasn't talking about you so unknot your underpants already. I do let
people who game and don't bother me with it alone...like I said, it's the
crazy ones (quite a few of them boy-o) that get under my skin, and they ARE
bothering someone (ie: me) and I'll leave them alone when they leave ME
alone.
And I burned their magic cards because it irritated them, but hey, they let
me do it.
You know when an RPG is really bad? When you mention to them that your DM
(dist manager) died, and they get a horrified look on their face and go "OH
MY GOD, you're KIDDING, are you guys still gonna meet and game or find a
new one?!"
And don't "poor bettie" me like I"m some ignorant child because I think as
a whole RPGS are stupid. Piss on you. ____________________

Well incoherant and unable to commit to a real debate or conversation is
only number two on my shit list...but pissy...I HATE PISSY PEOPLE. Piss
piss piss moan moan moan. Usually because pissy people always assume
someone is talking about them them them. Pissy means they can't reason and
can't cope with life and people. I HATE PISSY PEOPLE.

Pissy people aren't half as destructive as pissy people who are smart.
Smart pissy people have the power to maniupulate.
Not that destruction is always bad; smart pissy people certainly have my
respect. Anyone with the ability to take advantage of otherwise intelligent
people is okay in my book ('course, we'll see what happens should I ever
find myself on the receiving end), and these people will make great
lawyers.
I probably don't have the authority to say this, but it appears to me that
we are not dealing with a smart pissy person here. Stupid pissy people are
good for Bettie's indignation and that's about it.

poor bane, not tied up and no one to do it for you.
You know, I did play a game of D&D once, and it was fun, but mostly it
was fun becuase the people I played with were seriously out of their minds
in real life. Generally I like just fucking being myself, and watching
everyone react. My favorite is always "you're kidding right?" or "you dont'
really mean that?!"

rednecks and metalheads and hippies are fun when they're drunk and all
together at the ONE busy bar in the area (in buckley anyway, in Enumclaw
there's the Yellow Beak and that place is INSANE). I have yet to run into
a pissy drunk OR sober person there....seattle however? There's pissy,
ignorant stupid goth scene kids wherever you go. If it's not about "the
club", the scene, hair and makeup, or THEMSELVES then it's stupid and
doesn't matter. You haven't SEEN pissy till you've been to a seattle goth
club or hung out with some of the people that go to them. It's like pissy
is a requisite. ____________________
