Cool...so then you get sex slaves if you go to heaven. That's not such a
bad idea...the sex slaves part I mean. Oh well then again...wherever you
are you can have sex slaves...guess it's just a matter of how you want the
atmosphere to be in the playground. ____________________ "When choosing between two evils, I always like to try the one I've never

I think you have got your wires crossed mush. Christians do not believe
Jews wil go to hell. Jesus was a Jew.
You could argue that when he was baptised by his cousin he became a
Christian, however Christianity was not founded until after his death,
hence he was not baptised as a Christian but as the member of the
Pharacese.
If that is not enought then take St. Paul, he was never baptised by
anybody, hence he too was a Jew, despite becoming the first Pope.
I think your argument is essentially flawed and I refuse to comment. |

Yeah, Christianity has turned out to be something that Christ never
intended it to be...there has to be something to it, though, for it to have
lasted this long...
I was raised a Southern Baptist, and I can tell you that they are some of
the most hateful, narrow-minded, hypocritical people one can run across. The
ones who really piss me off are those who say "*insert group/person here*
is going to hell for *insert allaeged offense here*"
The trick is, we don't know. NOBODY knows for sure. That's why there's
faith. It pisses me off when people claim that someone is going to hell
because they don't know for sure, and they are not in the place of whatever
higher power may be, so they (thank God) do not make that decision. For
all we know, everyone and their child molesting uncles might be up there;
then again, maybe there really is nothing after this life. I'm hoping that
whatever higher power may be will take all things into account before
passing judgement. The higher power I believe in, for example, doesn't
want anyone to go to hell...but the more I think about it, the more I think
hell is a place on Earth...
I'm still Christian, but I believe that one's beliefs are one's own
business. It's more of a relationship than a religion, and I have yet to
find an organized church that backs me up on it, so I'm cut loose and
floating on my own...it gets kind of lonely, but I don't have to compromise
what I believe just to get people to stop throwing their dogma at me... ____________________ "To Live is to Annoy." -- Rev. Lambert Reilly, Archabbot, St. Meinrad Abbey |

Hey Abbadon... There is Peter and there is Paul... Peter was the first
pope, and he was baptized by Jesus himself. Paul was baptised by Peter, I
believe, and then they started hating each other |

One thing that I found interesting in the Bible. Some of the apostles, if
not many of them, did not agree with each other. |

I can't remember the exact passage, but there's four paragraphs in the Book
of Matthew(Might be John), 7:38(Might be 3:31), wherein Jesus tells the
jews in the market that they are the sons of the devil and the speakers of
lies. ____________________ Make way for the bad guy! |

Most of us are american... let me just say that oour country was founded by
some guys so stuffy even the brits didna want them... Christianity in
america tends to be a lot less tolerant than the rest of the world... I
have been told by a russian orthodox minister "I have seen the light, i
don't claim to hold the deed.
I prefer santeria...
But screw hell... I have front row seats to valhalla... let's enjoy the
show

Comedian, he's not telling them that because they're jews they'll burn in
hell, he's telling them that HOW they're BEING jews that will make them
burn in hell.
Jesus didn't want to start his own little cult, he wanted to teach his
corrupt bretheren to be BETTER jews.
And you'll never EVER know exactly how jesus felt, as the bible isn't his
own written works, it's a compliation of heresay by a couple of known as
well as several unknown authors, translated translated and translated
again. ____________________ Trapped in time. Surrounded by evil. Low on gas. |

Actually, Comedian, those were the Pharisees he was talking too. And they
deserved it. Nasty little self-righteous bossy so-and-so's! Making all
sorts of stupid rules for everyone to follow, and leaving little loopholes
for them to excape through. Doing things like turning the Sabbath (which
is supposed to be a day of REST!) into a day where you're not allowed to
even MOVE, whatever position you happen to be in when the sun sets, that's
the position you're supposed to hold until the sun sets again! (how
restfull is that?!)
Incedentally, a lot of today's Christian leaders sound an awful lot like
the Pharisees, and Jesus probably would have called THEM sons of the devil
and speakers of lies, too! ____________________ "You can tell by the scars on my arms and the cracks in my hips and the

According to all the Jewish sources I have AND the Jews I have talked to,
no, they do not believe in Hell. They do, however, believe in Gehenna,
which is a place where the soul is clensed from its sins. Then the soul
goes to a level on Paradise (I think that's how it goes)...
Gehenna, if compared to anything of Christian beliefs, would be much like
Purgatory, which I think for the most part, is Catholic.
Then again, like Christianity, Jews have their own little cults. Hells,
all the ones I talked to do not even acknowledge Satan the same way as
Christians do. |
