Girls: Angelina Jolie, Rose Mcgowen, and especially Amy Lee from
Evanescence.(i'm currently completely convinced that Amy is the perfect
package.) 
I can't help but list more girls than guys. I like both. but girls just

I can't believe no one has mentioned Dave Vanian of The Damned! He is
gorgeous! I must also admit that I think Sid Vicious is a bit dreamy... I
know, I know - he's a hopeless, talentless, dead junkie.... but c'mon!
While she doesn't really ooze raw sexuality, Nico was extremely beautiful
in an icy, fragile way...

There's also a guy I know who isn't an established musician, but both his
speaking voice and his singing voice make me melt like butter...and he's
actually pretty hot, whether he believes it or not...
as for girls: Annie Lennox (especially in "Why" and "Walking on Broken
Glass") and Ofra Haza (yeah, she wasn't mainstream...but that voice...I
don't like female vocalists usually...but her voice got me hot and
bothered...)
