..Im curious.. I aim to find out..if the saying "you are what you eat" is
true. ..Or exactly just how true that saying is.
Im tryna determine how significant what you eat is.
What do stupid people eat? And would they be less stupid if they eat what
smart people eat.... You see where Im going...unless you're stupid.
Personally, I believe that to acknowledge yourself as stupid..or dumb..is a
sign of higher intelligence. I dont just wanna hear from a bunch of smart
folks that eat right. If you are dumb, I wanna hear what you have to say.
There's nothing dumber than smart folks talking about what makes dumb folk
dumb.
Tell me as little or as much as you want about yourself..and then most
importantly..tell me WHAT YOU EAT.
Tell me what you think I need to know in order to find an answer to the
connection between food and who you are.
Tell me who you are in a nutshell.
Not the size of your dick, just your IQ and what ever YOU think is
relevant.
And tell me if you think what you eat matters.
If you are religious..you might wanna let me know.
The Holy Communion isnt healthy..and will lower your blood pressure and
your IQ significantly. Im sure of it! ..wine..fast carbs..and walking
slowly.. .. :-/
Also.. ..any intelligence enhancing supplements that you know about?
Im willing to try different diets..to see what effect they have.. I eat
pizza for a week.. ..had me feeling kinda daft and bloted and slow. Was
that just placebo, or what?

Here's a sixth...
I'm your typical omnivore, but I tend to cut back on carbs whenever I feel
like losing some skin. That's just me though. Simple carbs turn into fat
quicker than protein does. However, I can't go too long eating mostly meat
- the lack of fiber increases the cholestrol levels...as does the lack of
exercise.
As far as vitamin supplements go, they're necessary if you're cutting back
on something in your diet. Otherwise, you supposedly get all the nutrition
you need through eating the proper amount from the food groups.

I eat totally unhealthily. I pretty much live on pizza, lasagna and fast
food. There are hardly any vegetables that I like, a fact which used to
drive my mother quite hysterical. My appetite is weird as well, I'll go for
about a week of never feeling hungry, and hardly being able to eat
anything, then a month of normal, then a week of being constantly hungry,
then a week of nothing etc... I don't know how the heck I'm still thin! I
eat quite a lot of pasta, potatoes and meat.

I think you'll find that most beaurocrats and politicians have a strict
diet of horse-shit.
I think that some foods, like fish, definitely help nuero development, and
all that. And when you eat healthy, your body just does better. If you do
that as a vegetarian, a vegan, or a good old omnivore, I think that well
balanced goodness positively affects your entire being. If you eat a lot of
bloated, greasy food, you too will end up bloated and greasy.
So don't delay, eat broccoli today!

Maybe you could get a government grant for this? Some idiot beaurocrat
would probably approval-stamp it... and you could also ask him what he
eats, too.
But uh.. anyway... Of the IQ tests I've taken on the internet, they've all
said I'm about 130-ish. But those are pretty inaccurate, aren't they? And I
don't like IQ tests anyway; How the hell is a circle with a dot in it
supposed to be related to these squares with triangles in them?!!
But I digress...
As for my diet, I've been a vegetarian for about four months. So right now,
I'm eating pretty healthy. But when I was living with my dad still, about
twice a week we ate fishsticks. Which (we now know) has high levels of
mercury. Plus I used to play on a lead-painted playground and eat paint
chips (they're good with guacamole dip). So after all that I should have
ended up in a special ed college (do they have those?). But maybe all the
mercury/lead just went to my feet. Who knows.
