It seems lately that the great scourge of anonymity has been spreading.
Naturally, as a red-blooded, right-thinking, ranting, registered user, I am
appalled. Honestly now, who do these people think they are... submitting
ideas that have to be weighed on their own merits without having the common
courtesy of providing us with their characters to assassinate and digress
upon? More importantly, who do WE think these people are, and how can we
prove it?
Fortunately, I have come up with a foolproof method of determining the
identities of the anonymous_cowards in our midst without going through the
hassle of checking their ISP numbers. Simple, foolproof, scientifically
valid and fun. All that we have to do is to round up anyone who looks like
they might be the anonymous sort (or those who might consort with the
forces of anonymity... darn their oily hides!) and bind them hand and foot.
Then we should drag them to the most convenient large body of water and
cast them in (while it would not, technically, make the experiment any more
or less scientific, anyone who would like to carry a pitchfork or a torch
during this proceeding would greatly enhance the ambience). If the suspect
floats to the surface without drowning, then they are obviously full of
enough hot air to give voice to the occasional opinion and we may safely
conclude that they have been guilty of the sin of anonymity. If they sink
like a rock, we have determined their innocence and can safely send a
packaged ham to their families with our deepest condolences.
I can provide a roll of Duct Tape O' Science for this experiment. Who else
is in?

Nah, this isn't about comfort, this is about results...we need some barbed
wire, a few lengths of half rotted intestine filled with cottage cheese and
insect larvae...that'll get 'em...

All I gotta say is if someone who posts has at least half a pair of cajones
would stand behind their words, right or wrong.
I figure an opinion is an opinion....but posting it as anonymous is
guaranteed to make you come off like a dick rather than starting a
discussion.
Let them rot in anonymity, cuz if they can't even say something on the
anonymous net, then they're probably little pathetic introverts incompetent
of interaction in the real world. ____________________

Well see the thing is two of the best meats from a human are the lungs and
the liver so we'd better hope this fucker isn't a drunk or a smoker.
Yoo know if Shmeng traces IP addresses we can fry these Anonymous_Cowards
whenever we want... Maybe not today, maybe not tommorrow, but one day when

| I vote for the "Cannibalism" route. I'll eat the Fava Beans and Chianti

In fitting with the witch hunt attitude, I say we burn them at the stake.
Drive a 2 by 4 through them Vlad the Impaler style, then just set them
aflame. (for best results baste them in the dripping three to four times)
Then we can skin the others alive, remove there intestines, and dunk them
in freezing water till they die; make a huge load of cocktail sauce (extra
spicy to drown out the taste of total loser) have a hard core human
cocktail! Damn, now I want to go out and eat some shrimp. Mmmmmm
shriiiiiiimp.

No, I don't normally use this, so this is going to be anonymous.
What if they use an ISP router and preset the IP to zeroes.
There isn't anything to trace really.
I was told to come here to say this, because a non tech friend whom I
suspect that has been doing the said disgrace wanted to know if they can
hide their IP. It is a matter of point and click, but I wouldn't ruin the
fun by actually saying anything on how to do it. I learned, and so can
they.
Final note, check my IP if you want to - like I said, I don't use this
site.
