Oh! I thought of something else. The Righteous Brothers "Unchained
Melody."
My roomate and I went through a few different versions of it last night.
Whimper...
And I'm sure that almost everybody has cried at some time in their life for
no reason that they could understand.

i know how the whole crying for no reason thing is. i think that it's one
of those things where everything builds and finally has to come out and
it's usually either rage or tears, depending ____________________

Been listening to my old albums and ran across Roger Water's Pros and Cons
of Hitchhiking. I'd forgotten how deeply that one affects me. I'll join
the bandwagon and quote the lyrics of 5.06 AM (Every Stranger's Eyes),
although once you put the music to it, it is absolutely soul-shredding.
In truck stops and hamburger joints
In Cadillac limousines in the company of has-beens
and bent-backs and sleeping forms on pavement steps
In libraries and railway stations
In books and banks in the pages of history
In suicidal cavalry attacks I recognise
myself in every stranger's eyes.
And in wheelchairs by monuments
Under tube trains and commuter accidents
In council care and county courts
At Easter fairs in seaside resorts
In drawing rooms and city morgues
In award winning photographs of life rafts in the China seas
In transit camps under arc lamps, on unloading ramps
In faces blurred by rubber stamps I recognise
myself in every stranger's eyes.
And now from where I stand
Upon this hill I plundered from the pool
I look around, I search the skies
I shade my eyes so nearly blind
And I see signs of half-remembered days
I hear bells that chime in strange familiar ways
I recognise the hope you kindle in your eyes.
It's oh so easy now
as we lie here in the dark
Nothing intereferes, it's obvious how to beat the tears
That threaten to snuff out the spark of our love.
And the moment of clarity faded like charity does sometimes
I opened one eye and I put out my hand just to touch your soft hair
To make sure in the darkness that you were still there
And I have to admit I was just a little afraid... |

When I see my sister cry, that makes me cry too!
Stupid boys!! My sister spent most the night over here crying, Dave (her
ex) told her it looked like she put on some serious weight. He knows how
insecure she is about her weitght. ::goes to the kitchen, grabs the ice
pick....starts chopping away at his knee caps:: I think my sister is
beautiful and she is so much fun to be around. Dave only likes to hang
around silly little girls that are easy and FUCKING stupid. I can see why
he doesnt like my sister, she is too smart for him and doesnt take his
shit. Now he has made her all sad and I dont know what to do to make her
feel better...guess thats my need to take care of the people I love.
One more thing.......

I was having a SERIOUSLY retarded day about a week ago, and I was watching
"armagedon" on HBO (which is not a very good movie, and I hate ben asslick
which made it worse but nothing else was on) and the end part where liv
tyler is saying goodbye to 'daddy' bruce willis before he detonated the
bomb he was sitting on to "Save humanity and all that shit" I was in TEARS
and I HATED IT! I *RARELY* EVER cry at movies, and usually not the movies
everyone else does, but I SWEAR! I was like a friggin baby I was all
"OOOOH god that is SOOO SAD and I don't even like bruce willis what's WRONG
with me?!!" *WAAAAAAAH*
I felt like a major dumbass *lol*
And starlight, I TOLD YOU. The song itself is bad enough, but to see the
VIDEO with all those cut images of him as a younger man, like a chronicle
of his life, it's like JESUS! Can I go kill myself now? ____________________ Trapped in time. Surrounded by evil. Low on gas. |

it in grade six so i was a kid, but that was really sad.
music never makes me cry its just a cold empty feeling sometimes, darkness
by lacrimosa really has a lonely feeling...

Ooo VampCourt I got the english versions of the "Real Folk Blues"...I love
that song.
Too much time has passed
to lament that we were once in love.
The wind keeps blowing
as I still can't heal the rift in my heart.
Looking with one eye on the future
while keeping the other on the past...
If only I could sleep peacefully once more
in the cradle of your love...
Someone, cry for me with parched eyes.
The real folk blues I only want
to know true sadness.
A life drenched in a river of mud
isn't so bad
As long as it ends after the first time.
Despair filled with hope, and this chance
that has a trap set out for it...
What's right and what's wrong?
It's like two sides of a coin.
How long must I live on before I'm healed?
The real folk blues I only want
to know true happiness.
All that glitters
isn't gold.
The real folk blues I only want
to know true sadness.
A life drenched in a river of mud
isn't so bad
As long as it ends after the first time.

Now that hubby is only home every other weekend...what am I doing to occupy
my time at 5am? I'm sitting here listening to Peter Murphy songs and
reading the lyrics...*feels her heart all like in her throat at this
one*
Cool Cool Breeze
(peter murphy)
Cool Cool Breeze
Rivers flow below
The darkened room
Is closing down
A light and blazoned within a breast
Extracting from the sun
My hand is reaching for the stars
Your hand is swooping low
A long long journey
Wuthering heights
A goal dead center clear
A lamp is here to guide the way
Far away yet so close
These words I know are bound and stuck
These words I know are bound and stuck
But use as much I know we must
To paint a collage blue and gold
To touch each others touch
I clasp invisible motion waves
Of stories from your house
Your eyes look like emeralds
With you I'm in no danger
Your eyes look like emeralds
With you I'm in no danger
And if I die before you go
And if I cannot reach, you'll know
A bird of feathers white as snow
I'll send beyond the breach
My message will endow it strong
This journey`s one way ticket long
I'll tell you in the silent zone,
The story of the Moor...

I have two poems that I've written when I was in a gut-wrenching
depression. I cried when I wrote them. I cry when I read them.
And thats all I will say about that.
Also, the first time I heard the song " To Bid You Farewell " by Opeth, I
got kinda teary. The guitar music is beautiful and their singer has a very
nice voice when he's just singing, not screaming. It's one of those songs
that makes you just sit and reflect, I think the memories are what made me
cry... the song just triggered them. ____________________ In my eyes, to be human is not to be able to live and die, but it is to

Oh, and continuing on the line of depressing songs/people, a girl I work
with fucking went to rozz williams WAKE. Can you believe that shit?! I
was like "How the fuck do you know rozz williams?!" Her closest friend
since highschool was a very close friend of HIS, and she took her to the
wake because she did know him a little...WIERD. ____________________ Trapped in time. Surrounded by evil. Low on gas. |
