National Treasure
"National Treasure" featuring Nicolas Cage and directed by John Turteltaub is a great move which could be viewed by adolescents, teens, and adults. The movie features some action scenes like a large ship blowing up in the arctic with the main character and supporting actor still trapped inside. The filming was done well by my standards and I really felt drawn into the movie. Nicolas Cage is told the tale of his family's secret by his grandfather when he is a young boy and uses his entire life to pursue the search for the greatest treasure the world has ever known. The treasure is a mass amount of gold, jewels, etc. hidden by the founders of America who were a part of the Freemasons. Cage must solve many clues and discover dark secrets of the past in order to find what he has been searching for. With the help of a friend and the director of the National Archives, Cage must find the map, decipher it, and find the treasure all before his nemesis and old business partner does. I highly reccomend this movie to those who like mysteries, epics, and history. You just might find yourself at your computer after the film looking up all of the secrets of the world.
