| Dream Analysis: Dream from a while ago |

I had this dream a while ago, but after seeing other dreams posted on here I thought I'd submit it in the hope of getting some kind of interpretation of it. It really weirded me out!
I dreamt firstly that I was in a ghetto type villiage, this woman came up to me holding a baby boy and offered him to me to hold. I said I'd have to put tin foil round him first because I was cold and he would get ill, so I put tinfoil on him anywhere I was touching him. I then noticed that instead of legs he had a fish's tail. It was a pale and milky color and just flopped around lifelessly. That scared the hell out of me and I said I'd have to go, gave him back and started running away. I got to a school, and went into the main hall where an assembly was being held. This guy was interrupting the teacher who yelled at him and told him to get out, so he got up and took his girlfriend with him. They were both physically attractive, and I remember enying the girl her figure when as they got out of the doors she suddenly got really fat, so her skirt ended up as a belt literally and everyone could see she had these really ugly knickers on.
From there it went to a street in a busy city. I was on a bus when we found out some bad guy was in control of it and was going to kill us. The bus started to head directly for a pub ahead of us and so I ran to the back, as I thought the front would hit first, which it did, but it was just a glancing blow. It then started to travel even faster, heading for a second pub. I had gone up to the front again by then to see what was hapening and so again I had to run to the back for fear of being squished by the bus hitting the pub. Again all the happened was a glancing blow. This had been on the opposite side to the first, and the front end of the bus was now in a vaguely pointy shape. I remember runing to the front, realising this, being scared and knowing the next time would be for real. We headed for a third pub, went directly into it and the front of the bus concertina-ed up in front of our eyes, some people hadn't been able to move away, they'd been too shocked, and I was screaming at them to move but they didn't. I couldn't see bodies or blood, but I knew they were dead. The bus was still going forwards however, and down as well. The squashed up wall of metal was getting closer and closer to the back, where I was.
Finally it stopped and we looked out of the windows to find that we were in what looked like an old mine shaft, stuck about 1/4 of the way down it. I remember feeling relief flood over me and then dread as the bus lurched and slipped, falling the rest of the way down the shaft. I know I was on the bus when it fell, and I know that I died. Suddenly my dream now showed me standing on the ledge the bus had been caught on with someone else, a man standing in darkness over my left shoulder somewhere, I don't know who. I saw a movement in a tunnel ahead of me, and watched closely. It looked like a man's figure in a blurry white colour, but he turned and went away. I started screaming for help and the person I was with laughed at me and said there was no-one to hear us down there. The man had come back to the passage way and whispered something about asking a ginger cat for help then he went away again. This time I followed him and found a little tunnel coming off from the main one he'd run along. This one had lamp light shining from it and I crawled in. Inside the door was a wrought iron sign, which had a picture of two cats at the top, the words 'ginger cat' and another cat at the bottom. I took it off the hook it was on and called out to the man. He quickly appeared and said I shouldn't have come there. He didn't say why, just told me to get out as fast as I could. On my way out I looked into an open room and saw some cats in there. I remembered I had to ask a ginger cat for help, and I knew there was a rhyme I should say, but I couldn't remember the words to it. I put my *right* hand out to the cats and tried calling them to me. One ginger one approached, but it's ears were back and it was hissing. Before I could pull my *left* hand away it had raked it's claws across my knuckles.
I then saw myself in my friend's house. She was looking at the cuts on my knuckles from the cat and tutting to herself. She said they'd need treatment, but that she could do it. She put some stuff on them and it stung like all hell, and that's when I woke up. I had to check my hand for cuts, because it still seemed to hurt when I was awake, but I hadn't cut myself.
The end. Any dream interpreters out there wanna go at doing this one?

Wow, sweetie, you have a lot going on here. The one thing that stands out the most to me is the whole dealie with the bus. It sounds like you have been expecting bad things to happen, and have been prepared as best you can for them (running to where the damage would be the least) and then instead having some close calls before the inevitable happens.
Like I said, though, there is a lot going on here, more than I can really get into with out knowing more about what you personally are going through. When analyzing dreams, you really have to take in personal events. I wish I could be more helpful. Wierd dreams can be really frustrating and un-nerving.

(User info | Send a Message) http://psychopixi.com | My friend also looked at the dream for me and said something about the bus going down the shaft and me being on it and dying, and then just being back on the ledge as a re-birth for me. Like I said, this dream was a while ago though, and I don't *feel* re-birthy. When I had this dream I don't remember any major events, which makes it a lot weirder as normally I can tell what my dreams relate to.
I had this dream a month or two before starting my exams in school. I'm wondering if they could play a part - at that time I wasn't thinking about them though, let alone worrying.

Cats are evil!! Like old gaucomole...evil evil evil.
Definately an intruiging dream, all sorts of things could be laid out in there, unfortunately, I can't see the forest for the trees in this respect. But I've always had a love for vivid dreams, be they friendly or otherwise.
I'll see what I can dig up, but I doubt I'll be able to come up with anything.
My own dreams are strangely uncomplicated...heh.
