I'm riding the fence about how safe it is... but I will go out on a limb and suggest that you don't need to seal it in a lead container and certify your local grocer with a hazardous materials license.
Milk is difficult for many adults (and practically all non-caucasions) to digest because as they get older they stop producing the enzyme lactase, which is necessary to change lactose (the sugar in milk) into glucose. The reason a disproportionately large number of caucasions do not develop this lactose intolerance is because early northern Europeans (specifically Scandinavians) relied very, very heavily upon cow's milk to get through the winters. Due to natural selection, this population never stopped producing lactase into their adulthood the way much of the rest of the world's populations do. The pills that make it easier to digest milk are just supplementing the enzyme lactase. Pasteurization really doesn't make any difference one way or the other.
