actually the noun and verb are implied. It is a sentance fragment, an 'i-cant-think-of-the-word-ringt-now-but its-like-dangling-participle' and wouldnt make it past a 5th grade teacher, that is why i said 2.5 since it is 2.5 sentaces.
I also said e for effort, extra plusses for the tone, and that i am not the judge, but that seems to have been overlooked.

I think you are wrong on this account. (And I don't want to start a fight.) I am looking at the sentence, and the more I think about it, the more I believe that it is a complete and legitimate sentence. If you still disagree, I would (greatly) appreciate being shown where I am wrong. (And once again, I am not trying to be argumentative; I would really like to understand where my mistake is, if there is one.)
