The last thought before decay |
by Stille | I want to run away from what I will be, hide in what I used to be.
I want to see the same faces, hear the same old songs.
Like an insect caught in amber, like a doll smiling on a shelf,
I shall not crawl like crazy to don't-know-where, I-don't-know how.
I'll be like in those days when the Universe had a sense and life a direction
And I'll have, finally, my eyes closed. |
